The Calgary Stampeders have released American defensive back Ramon Richards from the practice roster.
The first-year player from Oklahoma State saw action in three games this season, recording two special-teams tackles and one fumble recovery.
The Stampeders return to action on Friday when they travel to Ottawa to face the Redblacks. Kickoff for the contest is 5 p.m. MDT.
