
Calafiore and Ring Named Honorable Mention for NAHL's East Division's Star of the Week

The North American Hockey League announced its Bauer Hockey Divisional Stars of the Week for week ending April 10 and Titans forwards Anthony Calafiore and Nick Ring were named honorable mention for the East Division.
Calafiore had three points (1 goal and 2 assists) in three points this past week plus he scored the game winning goal in Saturday's 2 - 1 shootout victory over the Maryland Black Bears. He scored a goal in Wednesday's 4 - 1 victory over Danbury, and he had an assist in Friday's contest. He also had an assist on the Titans first goal in Saturday's game.
On the season, the Staten Island, NY native is tied for second on the team with 58 total points (25 goals and 33 assists) in 50 points. He leads the team in goals (25). He is fourth in the league in plus/minus with a +31.
This is the fifth time this season that Calafiore received weekly/monthly league honors. He was Second Star of the Week for weeks ending January 23 and November 7 and honorable mention for weeks ending December 5 and January 23.
Ring had three points (2 goals and 1 assist) in three games last week. He had a goal in the win against Danbury, an assist in Friday's game against Maryland and a goal in Saturday's victory.
The Hingham, MA native has 35 total points (10 goals and 25 assists) in 54 games.
This is the fourth time this season that Ring has received weekly/monthly league recognition. He was honorable mention for weeks ending January 9, November 28, and October 31.
