Cain and Stewart Combine for 63 in 108-91 Victory over Greensboro

Las Vegas, NV - The Sioux Falls Skyforce defeated the Greensboro Swarm 108-91 in the team's opening game at the 2022 NBA G League Winter Showcase at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.
Sioux Falls earned its seventh-straight victory, the longest since the 2015-16 season. It also marked the fifth time in the last seven games that the Skyforce has held the opponent to under 100 points.
Miami HEAT two-way player Jamal Cain posted a career-high 32 points on 12-20 FGA, four rebounds and five assists. DJ Stewart (31 points on 11-21 FGA) secured his second-straight game of 29-plus points scored in the victory.
The Skyforce, who held a 54-51 lead at halftime, earned their 11th win of the 2022-23 campaign when owning a lead at halftime. They outscored the Swarm 54-40 in the second half, which earned the team's second-straight season of winning of the opening game at the Winter Showcase.
Jamaree Bouyea added 20 points on 9-15 FGA, nine rebounds and four assists. It marked the fifth time this season Sioux Falls had three players score above 20 points and the second with two-or-more above 30 points.
Charlotte Hornets two-way player Bryce McGowens had 18 points on 7-15 FGA and three rebounds, while Hornets assignee Mark Williams added 18 points on 9-12 FGA and nine rebounds.
The Skyforce completes their Winter Showcase slate on Wednesday at 10:30 PM CST against the Delaware Blue Coats. The team will start the regular season on December 27 at Oklahoma City against the Blue.
