Maywood Buzz News Release
MAYWOOD, CA - The Maywood Buzz, Maywood's professional basketball team in the Southeast Area of Los Angeles, is currently accepting applicants for their upcoming 2007-2008 Internship Program. Selected interns will acquire practical knowledge through hands-on experience and gain invaluable skills necessary to compete for jobs in professional sports entertainment industries.
The Maywood Buzz welcomes high school and college students, as well as, individuals who can commit to the November through March season and as well as the upcoming offseason. Internships are non-salaried opportunities that offer commission, ticket, and other incentives. Internships are available in several areas including Ticket Sales, Game Day Operations, Marketing, Stat Crew, Community Outreach, Media Relations, Business Administration, and the Buzz Street Team.
