Buffalo, NY - Durham will have to wait until Monday snap its short two-game losing streak, as Sunday's game was rained out with Buffalo. The team will play a pair of seven-inning games in a 5:30 double header on Monday.
Durham lost 3-2 on Friday to Buffalo and 7-6 yesterday, despite three hits and three runs scored by Brandon Guyer in his return to the lineup. Guyer had been on the DL for nearly three weeks with an oblique strain.
Durham (67-52) started Sunday a game ahead of Gwinnett in the South Division, with the Braves playing at home against Pawtucket.
Durham will start righties Andy Sonnanstine and Ryan Reid on Monday at 5:30 pm. Coverage on 620 the Buzz begins at 5:15 pm.
