Bulls to Host Sticks and Stones Event on Saturday

BELLEVILLE, ON - After several months of planning and anticipation, the Belleville Bulls Hockey Club is excited to remind its loyal fans and media outlets throughout the Quinte Region that The Sticks and Stones Event is fast approaching! This Saturday, February 11th when the Bulls host the Guelph Storm, a percentage of proceeds from the evening's ticket sales will be donated directly to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation.
In a battle to shut out kidney stones, the Bulls and Belleville General Hospital are teaming up in the hopes of purchasing a Holmium Laser, a health care innovation that eliminates kidney stones.
Apart from proceeds collected through ticket sales, the Bulls are also attempting to raise money through different avenues as well. At the first whistle of the first period, there will be a pass the bucket event, with the section raising the most money towards Belleville General Hospital going home with a special prize. In addition to this, an intermission chuck-a-puck contest will feature prizes valued over $500.
The Bulls will also be selling raffle tickets for a chance to win several great prizes including a grand prize tour for six to the Karlo, Norman Hardie and Hinterland Estates Wineries at an estimated value of $1200.
Following the conclusion of the game, the Bulls will be auctioning off their limited edition hospital themed jerseys that the team will wear during the game. Winning bidders will also have the opportunity to take a personalized photo with their featured player.
All of these great festivities are being made possible by Saturday's game sponsor - RONA Belleville. There's potential for RONA to give away up to an estimated value of $1200 in prizes!
