Bullfrogs Announce 2012 Community Calendar

Frogville, WI- The Green Bay Bullfrogs are pleased to reveal their full Community Calendar featuring the promotional and event schedule for the 2012 season. Beginning with the Bullfrogs Home Opener presented by NWTC on Wednesday, May 30 at 6:35, fans will not only have the opportunity to catch future stars, but a full slate of fun for the whole family during each and every one of the Bullfrogs' 35 home dates.

The 2012 schedule is jam-packed with food and beverage specials during 26 of the 35 Bullfrogs home games as well as ticket promotions, 5 post game fireworks shows, a collection of special events and appearances all offering the most affordable entertainment option in Northeastern Wisconsin.

Post-game fireworks shows presented by US Bank will fill the Frogville sky each Friday home game, June 22, 28, July 6 and 20 with the final fireworks show taking place on Fan Appreciation Night Saturday, Aug 11 presented by NWTC. (No Fireworks Friday, Aug 10) Each show will have its very own musical theme featuring a different music genre.

The Bullfrogs community calendar will also include a variety of giveaways, special appearances and events over the course of the summer in Frogville, WI. The slate includes returning favorites like Magnet Schedules giveaways (May 30 and 31), Frog Call Giveaway (June 6), Baseball Banks presented by Fox Community Credit Union (June 18) Mini Bullfrogs Footballs (July 18) Youth Batting Gloves presented by Saranac Glove (Aug 6) The famous Klements Racing Sausages will visit Frogville on five separate dates (May 30, June 10, July 29, Aug 11, Aug 12) and the Bullfrogs are very pleased to have the World Renowned Budweiser Clydesdales appearing (Aug 1) One of the most popular events in 2011 returns twice in 2012 as the Bullfrogs welcome Dueling Pianos (June 19 and July 31)

Other headline events will include Mardi Gras in May (May 31) Bark in the Park presented by Sit and Stay Pet Resorts (June2), on which fans can bring your dogs to the ballpark, Wild Zoo/Wild Animal presented by the New Zoo with visit from the Zoo-Mobile with live animals (June 10), Kids Day presented by Gallaghers Pizza (June 25) Turn Back the Clock Night with Elvis Tribute Concert (June 28) Military Appreciation Day presented by Bud Light (July 4) First Annual Biker Bash (July 12) Bat For a Cure Presented by Cellcom, where fans can take batting practice before the Bullfrogs game to raise money for cancer research (July 29) Nickelodeon Day (Aug 5) and Pink in the Park presented by the Breast Cancer Family Foundation (Aug 10) as well as the annual FrogsToberFest presented by Miller Lite (Aug 10)
