Buffalo Silverbacks News Release
Buffalo, NY - The Buffalo Silverbacks take on the Cape Cod Frenzy Friday and the Quebec City Kebekwa Saturday at Buffalo State College Arena.
During the Frenzy's last two visits to Buffalo they were handed losses that they're probably still recovering from. After the first encounter, Buffalo walked away with a 136-90 victory and Antoine Sims set the franchise record for Buffalo scoring 52 points. The next meeting was in a bid to move to the second round of the ABA (American Basketball Association) playoffs. The final score was 133-88 which propelled Buffalo to the next round. You can be sure that the Frenzy will be back looking for revenge.
The Quebec team is new to the league this year, but with a 7-3 record we're sure to have a Basketball "Battle Royale" on our hands.
Don't be late to Buffalo State - Friday, December 29th and Saturday, December 30th
Doors open 7:30pm - Tip off 8:05pm

Note: OurSports Central no longer actively covers the American Basketball Association (ABA) as a professional league due in part to its inability to publish and play a schedule and the transitory nature of many of its teams.
