Laredo Bucks News Release
LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League announced Tuesday that they have placed rookie forward Ryan Penney on the suspended list for the remainder of the season. As a result, Penney has been de-activated from the roster, and has left Laredo.
Penney was signed by the Bucks last week, and was a minus-two, with nine penalty minutes, and no points in three games played.
The move gives the Bucks 18 players on their active roster, with room to add one more player.
The Bucks will start a seven-game home stand Thursday, when they host the Odessa Jackalopes on Big Buck Thirsty Thursday, where beer is $2 all night long!
Part of the Proceeds from ticket sales to the Bucks game against Rio Grande Valley on Saturday, November 8th will benefit the Wounded Warriors Project. In addition, there will be limited seating for Veterans to get a FREE TICKET to the game, thanks to LNB, Westwind Homes, Doctors Hospital, and Whataburger. Call 718-BUCK (2825) for more information.
