Bucks Offer Ticket Special For Wendesday

LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League will host a huge divisional game Wednesday night at the LEC, when they take on the first-place Texas Brahmas. The Bucks and Taco Palenque will offer a group ticket special for the game, as all fans a group will get one ticket, one pirata, and one soda starting at just $13. The Bucks will deliver the tickets to your workplace, call 718-BUCK (2825) to order now!
Due to the Bucks 6-2 loss to Texas Saturday night, Laredo enters Wednesday's game five points behind the Brahmas in the Southeast Division.
The game could prove to be crucial in the division race. If the Bucks win Wednesday night they will move to within three points of the Brahmas, however if Laredo loses Wednesday night they will fall a season-high seven points back of the Division leaders.
After Wednesday's tilt, the Bucks and Brahmas will meet four more times this season, twice at the LEC, and twice at the NYTEX Sports Centre.
The Bucks and Brahmas have met three times this season, with Texas winning two of three thus far. Laredo 's lone win against Texas so far this season was a 2-1 shootout win on December 6th. The Brahmas have won the last two meetings, by scores of 4-1 (Jan 3rd at LEC), and 6-2 (Sat at NYTEX).
Laredo will take to the road this weekend, playing at Mississippi Saturday night (Jan 24), before traveling to play Bossier-Shreveport next Monday night (Jan 26).
*Centomo Granted Leave By CHL*
Bucks All-Star goaltender Sebastien Centomo has been granted a leave of absence by the CHL, due to his wife giving birth to their first child. Centomo is expected to return to the Bucks Saturday in Mississippi .
Laredo will have to sign a back-up goaltender for Wednesday's game with the Brahmas.
