PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League continue their three-game series at the Arizona Sundogs on New Year's Eve Friday night at Tim's Toyota Center. Game time is 8:35pm CST.

The Bucks started their road trip Wednesday night by losing a 3-2 heartbreaker to the Sundogs to drop their third straight road game. Arizona rookie Patrick Schafer scored the game-winning goal with just 1:29 left in the third period Wednesday dropping the Bucks four points behind the Sundogs in the Berry Conference standings.
The Bucks and Sundogs first three meetings this season have all been decided by one goal, with Laredo posting a 1-2 mark in those games (1-1 in Laredo, 0-1 in Arizona). Laredo has scored a total of five goals in three games against the Sundogs this season.
Laredo looks to continue their success on New Year's Eve Friday night. The Bucks have an all-time record of 6-2 on New Year's Eve games, playing all of them at home. Friday's game is the Bucks first-ever New Year's Eve road game and their first New Year's Eve game against a non-Texas team.
Neil Trimm, who was named to his first CHL All-Star game last week, enters Friday's game in the top-five in scoring with 38 points (11-2738).
Arizona picked up just their fourth home win of the season (4-7) Wednesday night as they moved one point back of a tie for fifth place in the Berry Conference. Friday's game is the second of a six-game home stand for the Sundogs.
Laredo and Arizona will close out their three-game series on New Year's Night Saturday at Tim's Toyota Center.
