Bucks Close Out Road Trip Thursday

ALLEN, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League close out their three-game road trip Thursday when they travel to take on the Allen Americans at the Allen Event Center. Game time is 7:30pm. The Bucks will hold a road watch party at Hal's Landing for Thursday's game. The party will start at 7pm and Hal's will show the game on a big screen as well as offer happy hour drink specials. Bucks staff members will be on hand to give out special prizes.

Laredo enters Thursday's game two points behind Texas for third place in the Southern Conference. The Bucks have one game in hand on the Brahmas.

The Bucks went 2-1 last weekend earning four out of six points as they completed their fourth straight three-in-three. The Bucks have earned points in eight of their last 10 games and are 6-2-2 in that span.

Laredo is still looking for their first win ever against Allen as they enter Thursday's game with an 0-1-2 mark against the second-place Americans. Two of the Bucks three overtime losses this season have come against the Americans. Laredo and Allen close out their regular season series next Thursday (March 4th) at the LEC.

Laredo will start their fifth straight weekend with a three-in-three Thursday night. Starting the weekend of Jan 29th Bucks will play three games in three nights in seven straight weekends. In all, from January 29th-March 14th the Bucks will play 22 games in 44 days (10 home, 9 away). They are 8-4-2 in that span.

The Americans clinched their first-ever playoff spot Tuesday night with a 5-4 overtime win in Rio Grande Valley. Allen enters Thursday's game in second place in the Southern Conference.

When the Bucks host Rio Grande Valley on Friday February 26th the first 1,000 fans to enter the LEC will receive a FREE Bucks/Bees "rivalry t-shirt". There will be a post-game skate following the rivalry game between the Bucks and Bees.

**GIVE BLOOD, PLAY HOCKEY FEB 27TH**

The Bucks will hold "Give Blood, Play Hockey" on Saturday February 27 at the LEC. The blood drive runs from 8am-7pm in the concourse of the arena. Everyone who donates blood will receive TWO FREE TICKETS to the game, along with many other gifts.
