
Brutlag Called up to AHL Norfolk

Forward Bryan Brutlag has been called up to the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League.
Brutlag makes his second trip to Norfolk after he appeared in three games with with the Admirals from March 9th through March 12th. He did not register a point while with Norfolk but earned a +2 plus minus rating in the first AHL action of his career.
The Lakeville, Minnesota native currently leads all Gladiators rookies and shares first in scoring with 46 points (20 goals, 26 assists) in 65 games this season. He has also earned a +4 plus/minus rating while with Gwinnett.
The 5-foot-11, 189-pound forward earned 60 points (21 goals, 39 assists) in 151 career collegiate games at RPI from 2007-2011. He had a career best eight goals at RPI during his senior season in 2010-11.
The Gladiators are the ECHL Affiliate of the Buffalo Sabres and the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League and are members of the ECHL, the Premier "AA" Hockey League and play all home games at the 11,355-seat Arena at Gwinnett Center, located just off I-85 on Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.
