Bruins select David Hoda in Import Draft

Chilliwack Bruins News Release
With the 10th overall pick in the 2007 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft the Chilliwack Bruins have selected 18 year old Czech defenceman David Hoda. In 42 games with HC Trinec of the Czech Under 20 league last season, Hoda recorded five goals, seventeen assists and 71 penalty minutes in 41 games.
"We Think that David can come right in and help the Bruins right away," comments General Manager Darrell May. "We look forward to David coming in and competing hard for the Bruins."
