Austin Bruins News Release
The Austin Bruins started a series at home against the Bismarck Bobcats. The Bobcats scored in the first period making it a 1-0 Bismarck lead. The Bruins were outshot 10-9 in the first. The second period featured plenty of emotions from both clubs. Jeremy Finger dented the twine tying the game at 1 goal apiece, assisting was Johnny Simonson. At the end of two periods the Bruins outshot the Bobcats 17-16. The third period Austin gave up a couple of goals early in the third. The Bruins continued to pour it on in the third but could not solve Tommy burke. Austin looses in the final 3-1. The Bruins complete action in 2011 tomorrow night at Riverside.
