
Brooklyn native Alan D. Friedman becomes the Owner of the EPHL's Brooklyn Aces

(Little River, SC). The Eastern Professional Hockey League Governors have approved the purchase of the Brooklyn Aces hockey team by Mr. Alan D. Friedman. Mr. Friedman has purchased 100% of the Aces team. Terms of the sale were not announced.
Brooklyn born Mr. Friedman, forty-eight, grew up in the Canarsie section of the borough. He is an owner of Greenpoint Scrap Metal, a Brooklyn business he has owned for fifteen years. Alan is an avid hockey fan who still plays both ice and roller hockey. Mr. Friedman and his wife, Stacy, also a Canarsie native, are the proud parents of their daughter, Alyssa, 20 and son Michael, 17.
"I'm very excited about the Brooklyn Aces and the Eastern Professional Hockey League," said Mr. Friedman. "I'm a hands-on guy and you'll see me at all of the Aces home games. I welcome feedback from our fans so please make it a point to introduce yourself to me at the games and let me know how we're doing! I think the Eastern Professional Hockey League has a great future and I look forward to working with my staff and our fans to make the EPHL brand a great product."
