Brooklyn Cyclones News Release
Brooklyn, NY, February 24, 2009 - In a climate of economic crisis, the Brooklyn Cyclones present fans with an exceptional low-cost, high-value entertainment opportunity. Ticket prices range from just $5 to $15, with several ticket plans and theme nights giving fans much more than just great baseball for their money.
. The Cyclones' GRUB CLUB ticket plan offers free food - hot dog, soft drink, chips, and ice cream - at each of the five games in the plan, representing over $50 in savings.
. The WE WIN, YOU WIN plan includes three games for just $45, and comes with an added bonus. If the Cyclones win any of the three games included, plan holders receive tickets to an additional game for free.
. GROUPS of 20 or more receive discounted tickets, a free Cyclones cap for every member of the group, and other tiered benefits, based on the number of people in the group.
. SEASON TICKETS offer plan holders more free food, free parking, free playoff tickets, a flexible payment plan, and a free personalized desktop sculpture, along with several other exclusive invitations and benefits.
Cyclones games also give fans a glimpse at baseball's future. The 2009 Baseball America Top Prospects list features seven former Cyclones on the New York Mets Top 10 list, including four rising stars who played for Brooklyn just last year.
"Since our inception in 2001, the Cyclones have prided ourselves on providing fun, affordable, family entertainment," said Cyclones General Manager Steve Cohen. "In harsh economic times, it becomes even more important to be able to have affordable fun, and we have focused on giving every fan that walks through our gates the maximum value for their dollar."
Season Tickets, Mini Plans, and Group Tickets are available online now, and are outlined in detail at brooklyncyclones.com.
