The Bristol White Sox announce the activation of the Sox weather and game status hotline to provide fans with the latest news about weather conditions at Boyce Cox Field.
Fans can call the hotline at (276) 821-8184 to learn about any weather conditions which may affect the play of Sox games. Postponements and delays will be announced via the hotline, as well as information about games which will be played.
With the heavy rains we've had the last several days, we have had to reschedule some of our games. said Mahlon Luttrell, President of Bristol Baseball, Incorporated and General Manager for the Sox. This new hotline will help us communicate any weather-related changes in our schedule."
The Sox will continue to publicize any postponements on their website at www.BristolSox.com, via Twitter (@BristolSox) and on Facebook (www.facebook.com/bristolsox).
