Bridgeport, Atlantic City game postponed

September 15, 2005 - Bridgeport, Conn. - The Bridgeport Bluefish/Atlantic City Surf game scheduled for September 15th at 7:05 p.m. has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions.

The game will be made up as a part of a doubleheader on Friday starting at 5:05 p.m. with the second game beginning approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first. In game one, RHP Pat Ahearne will face Atlantic City's RHP Lincoln Mikkelsen. And in game two, RHP Byron Batson will square off against RHP Rob Corrado.

Tickets for Thursday's game can be redeemed for any of the remaining 2005 regular season home games including the doubleheader on Friday. The Bluefish have extended the promotions fun scheduled for Thursday's game to Friday, as it's Yankees Red Sox Rivalry Night at the Ballpark! Wear your favorite team's apparel for a $2 ticket discount.
