The National Basketball League of Canada announced on Monday that Windsor's Brandon Robinson would be named its Player of the Week for the week ending January 10th.

In two games last week, both against the Niagara River Lions, Robinson averaged 25.5 points per game and 10.5 rebounds per game. He had 32 points and 13 rebounds most recently in Windsor's 112-90 win on Sunday.

Robinson has been a huge addition to the Express since joining the team on December 31st. In his five games this season, he's leading the team in scoring with 25.4 points/game (2nd in the league). He's also averaging 8.0 rebounds/game, 5.6 assists/game and 2.6 steals/game while shooting 41% from three-point range.

Catch Robinson and the rest of the Windsor Express in action this Sunday, January 17th at 2:00pm when they host the Orangeville A's at the WFCU Centre.
