Brandon Belt to Make Rehab Assignment in Stockton

STOCKTON, Calif.-- The San Jose Giants confirmed today that San Francisco Giants player Brandon Belt will be making a rehab appearance with the San Jose Giants tomorrow, July 2, at Banner Island Ballpark as the Giants face off against the home Stockton Ports at 7:05 p.m. Belt was placed on the Disabled List in May of this season with a wrist injury. Before his injury, Belt made 19 appearances with the San Francisco Giants, including starting at first base on opening day.
The Ports and the Giants are scheduled to face off tomorrow at 7:05 p.m.
