Brahmas' Goaltending Steals Game Three, 3-0

(Odessa, TX) - Brahmas' goaltender, Brett Jaeger, put up another brilliant performance with 33 saves and a 3-0 shutout on Tuesday night at the Ector County Coliseum. Texas now leads the Conference Finals 2-1.

Jaeger has now made 75 saves on 76 shots in the last two goals of the series against Odessa - both Brahmas' wins.

Texas opened up the game's scoring with the only two goals of the first period. Jason Deitch scored for the Brahmas :24 into the game for an unassisted goal and Brandon Benedict also scored at 18:39 to give Texas a 2-0 lead after one period.

Neither team could find the back in the net in period two.

Pete Rouleau scored the third period's only goal on a breakaway at 1:18 to make the score 3-0 Texas.

Game four will take place on Thursday night in Odessa at 7:05 PM. The game can be heard on 97 Gold and seen online on the CHL network.
