Brahmas Finals Schedule Vs Colorado Set

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas (April 27)- The playoff beard will continue to make a statement in North Texas as the Brahmas of the Central Hockey League (CHL) make their first appearance in the Finals since their inaugural season in 1998. The Texas Brahmas will get a rematch from last season's conference playoff series as they face the Colorado Eagles in the Ray Miron President's Cup Finals beginning this Wednesday in Colorado.

Texas will host Games Three, Four and Five in the best of seven series at the NYTEX Sports Centre in North Richland Hills in the 2-3-2 series playoff format. Game Three will be played Sunday, May 3 at 3:05 PM and Game Four is scheduled for Tuesday, May 5 with a 7:05 PM faceoff. If necessary, Game Five will be played Wednesday, May 6 at 7:05 PM.

The Brahmas and Eagles have faced one another only one time this season as Texas won the game 4-1 in North Richland Hills. The Brahmas had four different scorers: Matt Burto, Jason Deitsch, Greg McConnell and Nathan Saunders. Brett Jaeger was in net for Texas stopping 40 of 41 shots for the victory. Both teams finished with the best records and earned the first seed in the playoffs in their respected conferences.
