"It was a phenomenal experience. The ability to be able to develop players is one of my greatest accomplishments. I am a coach by nature, so the management, development and growth for soccer in Dallas is what I truly enjoy."

The Sidekicks were able to celebrate their efforts in the development of players as multiple Sidekicks were recognized across the MASL over the last several seasons. Highlighting several names who were recognized from the 2021 season: Felipe De Sousa, Brian Rodriguez, David Ortiz, and Scott Doney.

In the 2019-20 season, fan favorite Lipe landed on the MASL All-Rookie team. Lipe was a top recruit that Bozas discovered when he took an international recruiting trip to Brazil and Mexico back in 2019. The Sidekicks staff wanted to find gamechangers, and Lipe was one of them.

To the fans and the community, Bozas remarks, "Thank you for always following the team and supporting this iconic soccer brand in Dallas."
