
Bowen Returns to Iowa After Team USA Assignment

DES MOINES, Iowa - The Iowa Wolves, NBA G League affiliate of the Minnesota Timberwolves, today announced forward Brian Bowen II has rejoined the team after his Team USA World Cup Qualifying assignment. In addition, Iowa waived forward Devonte Patterson.
Bowen averaged 10.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game in two games with Team USA in the World Cup Qualifying play in Chihuahua, Mexico. The Americans went 1-1 with a victory over Cuba and a defeat to host Mexico.
Patterson appeared in three games for the Wolves.
Iowa plays at the Cleveland Charge on Dec. 6 at 5 p.m. CT.
