Boston Lobsters News Release
The Boston Lobsters, with last night's win over the NY Buzz (25-9), are poised to make the playoffs.
Here are the potential scenarios:
A must win over the Washington Kastles at home. We had a win over the Kastles in DC, and must repeat this at home. This will guarantee a playoff spot for the Lobsters, regardless of any other outcome.
If we accomplish the above, and the NY Sportimes has a loss on the same evening, the Lobsters will be in first place, in the Eastern Conference.
The last match, on Thursday July 22, is crucial to the Lobsters. We are facing last year's champions, featuring Leander Paes and possibly Victoria Azerenka.
Please come and support your home team, in this very exciting, last match of the regular season. The Lobsters could finish first, second or third (out of the playoffs) based on tomorrow's result.
