Salute to Strong Women - Join us at 5:30 as we gather an amazing array of women to inspire girls to pursue their dreams. Sue Tabb from Magic 106.7 will emcee the event that will feature Billie Jean King, OIympians Angela Ruggiero and Nancy Kerrigan, Salem's first woman Mayor, Kimberley Driscoll, Northshore magazine publisher Kelly Schetzsle, financial advisor Joan K. Norton, and beloved tennis coach Avis Murray. All girls who attend the event will also be invited back on court at halftime of the match to form a High Five Tunnel and welcome our Strong Women on court.
It is also USTA Member Appreciation Night - all USTA members get a free reception with food and drink from 5:00 - 6:30 pm in a private catered tent and free USTA gift!
At 7:00 pm, the Lobsters take on the Philadelphia Freedoms in a key Eastern Conference match up as we march towards a potential playoff berth.

The Boston Lobsters is one of seven teams competing in the 40th season of Mylan World TeamTennis, the groundbreaking leader in professional team tennis competition. This summer, Mylan WTT becomes only the fifth major professional team sports league in the U.S. to reach the 40th season milestone. The Mylan WTT regular season will run from July 12-29, with the Conference Championships set for Thursday, July 30th. The Mylan WTT Finals will be held on Sunday, August 2nd on the home court of the Eastern Conference Champion. The Lobsters will once again play 7 home matches at Manchester Athletic Club.
