Bombers Seek Naming Rights Deal for Travis Field
August 2, 2018 - Texas Collegiate League (TCL)
Brazos Valley Bombers News Release
Bryan/College Station, TX - The Brazos Valley Bombers are seeking a naming rights partner for their home stadium at Travis Field. The multipurpose stadium hosts over 30 Texas Collegiate League games, 11 PDL soccer games, 16 Texas A&M Club Baseball games, 10 Baseball Academy practices, 7 Brazos Christian baseball games, both Bryan/Rudder baseball games, 12 additional regional high school baseball regular season games, 10 regional high school baseball playoff games, Bryan High JV Baseball tournament, Brazos Valley Renegades 36 team invitational tournament, 20 regional youth baseball tournaments, over 40 youth soccer practices for local youth soccer academies, and several local annual events such as BooFest.
Bombers owner Uri Geva believes this is a great opportunity for a business to be a part of the local community in the Brazos Valley. "We are looking for a company who has the same vision we do in bringing the community together for family fun and to create memories at the ballpark."
Travis Field has only held 3 different names, with each sponsor holding a connection to the Brazos Valley. In 2007, the first sponsor, Brazos Valley Bank, was named and held the naming rights until 2011. After that, American Momentum Bank became the title sponsor of the stadium until 2014. From 2014 until earlier this year, Nutrabolt owned the stadium naming rights, providing another connection to a business which employs many across the Brazos Valley.
