NHL - Brad Marchand, Boston Bruins
3GP - 2G - 2A - 4PTS
Marchand's best game of the week came on March 5th when he recorded 2 goals and 1 assist - giving him 4 points in 3 games played this week with the Bruins.
Boston currently sits third overall in the East Division, and Marchand is atop the leader board for his club. Brad is leading in all categories, 22 games into the season: 12 goals / 15 assists/ 27 points and a +22 ranking.
AHL - Benoit-Olivier Groulx, San Diego Gulls
3GP - 2G - 1A - 3PTS
Just over a month into the AHL season and BO Groulx continues to produce offensively for the Gulls. In 3 games played this week he adds 2 goals and an assist to his total.
Groulx leads the team in +/- with a +11 ranking. The team currently sits second overall with 18 points in the Pacific Division.
ECHL - Alex Dubeau, South Carolina Stingrays
1GP - 1W - 32 saves - .970 SV%
With one game between the pipes this week for Dubeau, he picks up the win with a very impressive performance, turning away 32 shots and ending the game with a 0.970 save percentage.
In 9 games to date with the South Carolina Stingray's, Dubeau has 6 wins, a 2.78 GAA and a 0.901 save percentage.
Following his time in the QMJHL, Alex went on to win three University Championships with UNB.
EUROPE; VHL - Mark Barberio, Lausanne HC
31GP - 17 PTS
Mark is currently the captain of Lausanne HC - part of the Swiss National League. In 31 games, he has recorded 17 points, amassed 64 penalty minutes and leads the team in +/- with +20.
Following Mark' 2009-10 President Cup win with the Moncton Wildcats, he went on to play 10 years in pro. Splitting his time between the AHL and NHL - totaling 272 regular season NHL games before making the transition to Europe this year.
