Blueshirts Wrap-Up Five-Day Road Trip in Flint Saturday

Flint, Mich. - The East Avenue Blue will face the Flint Firebirds Saturday night, concluding a five-day road trip that began this past Tuesday. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m. at the Dort Financial Center in Flint.

Dan Lebold worked 2,000th game Friday

Rangers Head Equipment Manager Dan Lebold worked his 2,000th game Friday night in Saginaw. He is in his 27th year with the Rangers, who are celebrating their 60th season. Lebold will be honoured before the Rangers' next home game next Friday, Jan. 13 in a game that will be nationally televised on TSN. (Read More)

Arcuri changes jersey numbers:

Rangers forward Francesco Arcuri has worn jersey number 13 during his career with the Kingston Frontenacs. He has worn number 73 in his first six games with Kitchener so far. With the departure of Adam Zidlicky Thursday, Arcuri will now wear number 13 for the Rangers moving forward.

Four Blueshirts Missing:

Mitchell Martin, Simon Motew and Francesco Pinelli are out of the lineup with upper body injuries. Hamara is travelling back Friday from the World Junior Championship and is not expected to play Friday in Saginaw.

Broadcast Coverage:

Saturday night's contest will be televised live across the province of Ontario on the Super Sports Pack on channel 468 for cable subscribers. The game will not be televised on Rogers TV, cable 20. The live video stream online can be found on OHL Live on CHL TV.

Additionally, the game will be broadcast on the radio in Kitchener and the Waterloo Region on CityNews 570 AM CKGL. Mike Farwell (play-by-play) and Chris Pope (colour commentary) will be on the call.
