Orange County SC News Release
LONG BEACH, Calif. (March 17, 2015) - Blues players Jimmy Turner, Aaron Perez, Jeffrey Payeras and Brenton Griffiths spent some time Monday afternoon at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital Long Beach.
While visiting the hospital, the guys spent time coloring and playing with the kids in the playroom. It was a special afternoon for the Blues players as they were able to interact with the kids. Goalkeeper Perez even played a couple of tunes on the electric piano with a little help from defender Griffiths.
"The hospital visit was amazing. Seeing families and kids having to go through real life hardships is a quick way to help remind yourself how lucky you are and how precious life is. Can't wait to go back and hang out again," commented Perez.
The Blues open the 2015 season on Saturday, March 28th vs Arizona United SC. Kickoff is 7:00PM from UC Irvine's Anteater Stadium.
Season and single game tickets for the 2015 OC Blues FC campaign in USL are on sale now. To purchase tickets call 949-333-0418 or for more information email seats@bluessoccerclub.com .
