
Blues Head To Arizona

IRVINE, CA - Orange County Blues set off to Peoria Sports Complex to take on Arizona United SC this Saturday at 7 p.m. PST. The match will be streamed live on youtube.com/arizonaunitedsoccer.

The two teams have already met once this 2014 USL PRO season at Anteater Stadium where the Blues were victorious with a 2-0 win. The goals came from forward Mohammad Roknipour and Midfielder Allan Russell. The two west coast teams meet two more times this season. July 12th in Irvine and again at Peoria Sports Complex on July 19th.
Blues head into this match looking to extend their two-match undefeated streak, claiming victories against Charlotte Eagles and Chivas Reserves.
Forwards Jonathan Top and Brandon Swartzendruber lead Arizona United with two goals each. Forwards Bradlee Baladez and Kadeem Dacres are tied for second on the team in scoring with 3 points each (1 goal, 1 assist). Arizona United SC is tied for ninth in the USL PRO standings with a record of 4-7-3.
Orange County Blues FC is sixth in the standings with a 7-8-0 record. Forward Allan Russell leads the team with 14 points (5 goals, 4 assists), and Christopher Cortez is second with 10 points (5 goals).
