BlueClaws Open Up Second Half On Thursday

After wrapping up the best first half in team history, the BlueClaws return to FirstEnergy Park on Thursday, June 19 for a four game series with the Lake County Captains. The brief homestand is one of the last chances to see the BlueClaws in June and features a pair of awesome celebrity visits, fireworks and another bobblehead giveaway.

Here is what is coming up:

Thursday, June 19, 7:05 p.m.: The first 2,000 fans 18 and older will o receive instant lottery tickets, courtesy of the New Jersey Lottery. Also, Former U.S. National Team Goalkeeper Tony Meola will be on hand as part of Soccer Night, presented by Soccer Post. The New Jersey-native and U.S. Soccer legend will take time to meet fans and sign autographs.

Friday, June 20, 7:05 p.m.: Post-game fireworks, presented by Toyota and Scion World of Lakewood. Also, Colombia Records recording artist Nicole Atkins will be singing the National Anthem.

Saturday, June 21, 7:05 p.m.: Wrestling legend Mick Foley will be in attendance to sign autographs and meet the BlueClaws fans thanks to County Line Hardware and Lakehurst Hardware and Lawn Mower. Foley will also be participating in a hair donation event on the field (see below).

Sunday, June 22, 1:05 p.m.: The first 2,000 fans of all ages will receive a Jimmy Rollins MVP bobblehead, courtesy of the American Red Cross. Also, following the game fans will be invited to play catch on the field.
