Kannapolis, NC - The Kannapolis Intimidators are ready to start the second half of the season off with a bang as they host a five-game series against the West Virginia Power. This exciting home stand will feature the following events:

Thursday, June 19th will begin the home stand with Hawaiian Night and our ever popular Thirsty Thursday. Fans will be able to enjoy festive music, contests and wonderful prizes. Other events going on that night will include Advertisers Appreciation Night and Bike Night allowing bikers who show their ID to get in to the game for just two dollars a ticket. Gates open at 6:00pm.

Friday, June 20th will also be another action-packed night. Post-game fireworks and Dairy Night sponsored by SUDIA and & Rowan County Cooperative Extension will highlight the evening allowing fans to win prizes and participate in games throughout the game. Nascar SpeedPark will also be at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium and the first 100 fans will be given a baseball. Lastly, the first ever Farmer's Night will take place. Fans will get to see tractors displayed in the parking lot. Game begins at 7:05pm.

Saturday, June 21st promises to be another thrilling night for the Intimidators as they host Jersey Off Our Back Night. Fans will be able to participate in a silent auction to win a players jersey with all the benefits going to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The foundation will also give the first 1,000 fans a T-shirt, sponsored by Rowan Regional Medical Center. In addition to these events The American Red Cross will be having a blood drive in the front of the stadium during the game. Fans should show up early and plan ahead of time to give blood. Another exciting event that evening will be the Baseball Card Show held on the main concourse. Fans can look at and buy cards during the game. Gates open at 6:00pm.

Sunday, June 22nd should be another fun night at the ballpark. CVAN will be having a food drive in front of the stadium. Fans will need to bring in three non-perishable items to receive free admission to the game. Family Fun Day will also take place as well as pre-game autographs and post-game kids run the bases. The gates open at 4:00pm.

Monday, June 23rd will bring an end to the Intimidators home stand. The first camp day of the season will take place allowing campers to receive discounted admission. The game will begin at 11:05am.
