Bloomington PrairieThunder Lose to Arizona 2-1 on Sunday Afternoon

The Bloomington PrairieThunder lost to the Arizona Sundogs for the second time this week by a 2-1 score on Sunday afternoon at U.S. Cellular Coliseum. Kerry Toddington scored the lone PrairieThunder goal late in the third period following Sundog goals from Joey Sides and Jim Driscoll. Bloomington again out shot an opponent but could only dent the twine once behind Arizona goaltender Levente Szuper who stopped 30 of 31 PThunder shots in the game.

The PrairieThunder (6-4-1) are now 1-3-1 in their last five games and start a three game road trip in Missouri this coming Wednesday night before returning home next Sunday (November 28th) to host the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees. Arizona won their third game in a row to improve to 5-7-2 on the year.
