Green Bay, WI- The af2 league office has announced the 2004 American and National Conference All-af2 First and Second Teams. The teams were selected by the head coaches in the af2.
The Green Bay Blizzard have two players on the Second Team All-af2 National Conference team, OS Randall Lane and OL/DL Ronnie Washburn. Lane played in only 8 games on the season as a result of a knee injury. Lane caught 61 passes for 1144 yards and 24 touchdowns in just half the season. Lane led the af2 in average yards/game with 143.0 yards. Washburn brought constant pressure to the opposing quarterbacks around the league. Washburn ended the year with 15 tackles, 6 tackles for loss, 3 sacks, 1 breakup, 10 quarterback hurries, 1 forced fumbles, and 2 fumble recoveries.
