
Blizzard Assigned Four More Players

Green Bay Blizzard News Release
The Green Bay Blizzard announced today that they have been assigned four more players by the af2 league office, all of whom come to the Blizzard at the recommendation of Arena Football League players and coaches.
DS Justin Charles (5-9, 190 Louisiana College) enjoyed great success as a collegian, finishing his pre-professional career as the all-time leader in return yardage for any school at any level in Louisiana. He comes to the Blizzard at the recommendation of Brian Young, Defensive Coordinator of the 2001 AFL Champion Grand Rapids Rampage.
QB Joe Davis (6-3, 219 Adrian College) comes to the Blizzard at the recommendation of Mark Stoute, LB/FB Coach and Special Teams Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Storm, 5-time Champions of the AFL.
OS Gerald Williams (6-1, 193 Washington) joins the Blizzard after spending time with the Las Vegas Gladiators. Williams was with the Gladiators throughout their 2005 training camp, making it as far as their final cut.
WR/LB Jay Williams (6-3, 205 Portland State) comes to the Blizzard at the recommendation of a former Blizzard player, DS Chris Martin, who most recently played for the Saskatchewan Rough Riders of the Canadian Football League.
