
Blazers to Host Military Appreciation Night on November 9, Post Game Skate with Fans November 11

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers will be hosting their annual Military Appreciation Night on Friday, November 9th when they host the Everett Silvertips at 7:00pm at the Sandman Centre.
The Blazers will be wearing a camouflage pattern jersey for the night. The jerseys will also be worn for the home game on Sunday, November 11th at 5:00pm.
The game worn jerseys will be available via online auction from November 8th at 12:00pm until November 16th at 9:00pm. Net proceeds from the online auction will go to the The Royal Canadian Poppy Trust Funds.

There will be 750 active military, veterans and their families attending the game through our Community Commitment Program sponsored by Argo Road Maintenance, Arrow Transport, Inland Glass & Aluminum, the Kelson Group, Family Glass and Denny's.
There will be a ceremonial puck drop, rappellers from the roof, a colour party during the anthem and the 419 squadron along with trumpet player Jerome Lidster to play the national anthem and The Last Post
On Sunday, November 11th, the Blazers host the Everett Silvertips at 5:00pm at the Sandman Centre. A moment of silence will be held prior to puck drop.
We will also be hosting a post-game skate with our fans following the game on Sunday, November 11th.
