Blazers Sign First-Round Pick

KAMLOOPS, BC - The Kamloops Blazers Hockey Club are pleased to announce that Colin Smith - our 1st round, 7th overall, bantam pick from the 2008 Bantam Draft - has signed a WHL contract and education agreement with the Blazers.

"We are very excited to have Colin committed to the Blazers. We are not only excited to have his on-ice abilities but his off-ice character as well," says General Manager, Craig Bonner.

"We look forward to having Colin in a Blazer Jersey in the near future"
