
Blazers Acquire Kurtis Mucha

Kamloops, BC - Kamloops Blazers General Manager Craig Bonner has announced today that the club has acquired 20 year old goaltender Kurtis Mucha from the Portland Winterhawks in exchange for Kamloops' fourth round pick in the 2010 WHL Bantam Draft.
"We are very excited with the acquisition of Kurtis" Bonner said. "He is a proven and highly regarded goaltender in our league with over 200 games of experience. We feel with the addition of Kurtis, we have upgraded the goaltending position."
With the addition of Kurtis Mucha, the hockey club has put 20 year old goaltender Justin Leclerc on waivers.
"We'd like to thank Justin for his two plus years with the hockey club and wish him all the best in his future endeavours," Bonner concluded.
