In an exciting exhibition game, the Blast defeat Team Canada 8-7. In front of a crowd of 1,727, Juan Pereira scored two goals for Baltimore, including the game-winning goal with 1:25 left in the game. Lerohne Young, Freddy Moojen, and Luis Rocha had two goals each for Canada.

The Blast got off to a strong start, scoring the first four goals of the game. Daniel Peruzzi and Jamie Thomas scored in the first quarter, while Andrew Hoxie and Juan Pereira added goals early in the second quarter to give the Blast a 4-0 lead. Lerohne Young scored for Team Canada to end the run, but Jonatas Melo scored for Baltimore to retake a four-goal lead. Lerohne Young and Sandro Rajkovic scored for Team Canada late in the quarter, and the Blast went into halftime with a 5-3 lead.

Baltimore and Team Canada traded goals in the third quarter. Elton de Oliveira scored for the Blast and Freddy Moojen answered for Team Canada to cut the Blast lead to 2 heading into the fourth quarter. Canada scored three unanswered goals to start the fourth quarter. 2 goals by Luis Rocha and a goal by Freddy Moojen gave Team Canada an 8-7 lead. After a red card was given out to Canada's Lerohne Young, Vini Dantas scored on the power play to tie the game. Juan Pereira scored the game-winning goal for the Blast with 1:25 left in the game.

Both teams went 1-2 on the power play in the game. Jonatas Melo and Vini Dantas each had one goal and two assists for the Blast. Daniel Peruzzi had one goal and one assist and Blast goalkeeper Joey Kapinos recorded 9 saves in the game. Freddy Moojen had two goals and two assists for Canada, Luis Rocha had two goals and one assist and Matthew Rios added two assists. Team Canada's goalkeeper Sebastian Zeballos had 8 saves in the game.
