
Blades Welcome Swift Current

Saskatoon Blades News Release
The Saskatoon Blades (32-20-0-1) are looking to return to the win column as they host the Swift Current Broncos on Wednesday night.
The Blades are coming off of a 7-2 loss from Saturday night against the Medicine Hat Tigers.
The game for the Blades marks the 4th meeting of the season between the Blades and Broncos. It's also the second time these teams will meet here in Saskatoon.
So far the Blades are 3-0 against Swift Current this year, outscoring them by a count of 14-7. The games have been as follows:
- Blades win 7-5 in Swift Current on November 9th
- Blades win 4-1 in Swift Current on January 13th
- Blades win 3-1 in Saskatoon on January 31st
Currently the Blades are 6th overall in the WHL's Eastern Conference with 65 points. They trail the Kootenay Ice by one point and have a 5 point cushion over Regina.
