Saskatoon Blades News Release
The Saskatoon Blades look to get back on track as they play host to the Lethbridge Hurricanes tomorrow night (Wednesday).
The Blades are coming off a split home and home series against the Swift Current Broncos. On Friday night the Blades got four goals from Darren Dietz as they beat Swift Current, but were handed a tough loss the next night in Speedy Creek.
Saskatoon will have a big chance to return to the win column against a team that is fighting for a positive end to the season as the Hurricanes are currently 2nd last in the conference.
The Blades meanwhile sit alone in 6th with 71 points.
The game also marks a special occasion as it's both Faith Night and Budget Car And Truck Rental Raincheck night! Any un-used Blades season tickets from the previous games can be cashed in for additional seats to the game for only $2 a piece.
As part of faith night, the Blades have special guest Darcy Hordichuk set to appear at the game via video. Darcy will spread a message about what his faith has done for him in his live. If anyone wants to bring a group to that night to learn more about faith or spirituality, or to just take in a great hockey game, you can contact the Blades ticket staff by calling 975-8844!
