The Saskatoon Blades look to build off their last game as they take on the Kamloops Blazers for the first and only time of the 2011-2012 season.

Saskatoon is coming off a come from behind, 4-2 win over the Regina Pats from Saturday night. In that game, the Blades scored a trio of third period goals and Andrey Makarov was huge down the stretch as Saskatoon got back in the win column after a six day gap in their schedule.

The Blades enter the game with a record of 20-11-0-1, currently good for 2nd in the division and 4th in the WHL's Eastern Conference. The Blazers will be coming off a game as they are in Prince Albert tonight. As it stands right now, they sit at 22-8-1-0, which is good for 2nd overall in the Western Conference.

Game time goes at 7:05 from CUC tomorrow night and

Blades Notes

- The game tomorrow night will be the first Budget Raincheck night of the season. Anyone who has left over, un-used season tickets from previous games can cash them for $2 tickets to the game tomorrow night! It's a great, affordable way to head out to the rink and check out two high flying, fast hockey clubs, while proceeds go to the Education Fund.

- One of the Blades biggest promotional nights is quickly approaching. Saturday, December 17th against the Kelowna Rockets is Girls Rock and Toque Toss Night! Special guest Hayley Wickenheiser will be on hand during the game and she will also be speaking to a large group prior to that game. If you want more information on how to get involved, call our office at 975-8844. You don't want to miss the 5 time Olympian do her thing!

- With the holidays quickly approaching, the Saskatoon Blades have a number of great items available in the Team Store at the Credit Union Centre. Everything from Blades jerseys, to hoodies, to sweat pants to novelty items can be had at great prices! We also have a whole wall in the store that features items that are 25% off! - The Saskatoon Blades have three ticket packages available for hockey fans on your shopping list. Pick up one today through the Blades office or at any Blades home game.

- Just a reminder to all Blades fans that following the game on December 17th, the backstage lounge will be closed to patrons. After the game, the Blades will be hosting a special thank-you meal for volunteers.
