
Blades Host Jersey Auction Tuesday

Estero, FL - The Florida Everblades will hold their end of the season jersey auction at Breakaway Sports Pub inside TECO Arena on Tuesday, April 15 beginning at 6:30 PM. The Blades will be auctioning the green third jerseys on Tuesday night. The auction proceeds will benefit the Bosom Buddies Breast Cancer Support Group. Breakaway Sports Pub will be extending their normal happy hour discounts from 3:30 PM through the charity jersey auction. Patrons can take advantage of 2 for 1 drafts & wells and $1 off all bottled beer and wine during happy hour at the pub.
Since their inception, the Everblades have donated over $200,000 to local charities through several community outreach programs including the jersey auctions. This past season, the Everblades reached several thousand local students through their educational assemblies and reading programs. The Everblades are committed to "Sticking with the Community" in SW Florida. All of these community accomplishments are a result of a dedicated group of owners, players, front office staff, and the generous contributions of the team's sponsors and fans.
