
Black Hawks Sweep Lancers in Weekend Series

RALSTON, NE - The Lancers were shutout by the Waterloo Black Hawks, 3-0 on Saturday night in game two of the weekend series.
The game did not see its first goal until the third period. Waterloo scored back to back to goals within twelve-seconds of each other. Griffin Ness (12:56) got the Black Hawks their first followed immediately by Whyatt Schingoethe (13:08). The Lancers pulled Kyle McClellan for the extra attacker but could not capitalize as the Ness (16:54) would score on the empty net. The Black Hawks would end up taking the win, 3-0.
The Lancers are now 9-9-5-0 on the season.
The Lancers return to action in Sioux Falls to take on the Stampede on Friday, December 27th. Puck drop is at 7:05 pm and all the action can be heard on HockeyTV.
