Berkshire Black Bears News Release
PITTSFIELD- The Berkshire Black Bears announced on Monday an agreement with with Raleigh, North Carolina based Intelli-Mark Technologies, makers of the Etix.com ticketing system, to provide online print-at-home tickets for all 46 regular season home games.
"We are pleased and excited to offer print-at-home ticketing to all fans looking to attend Black Bears game this season" said General Manager Mike Kardamis. "Our customers can go directly to our website, buy their tickets and bypass the ticket booth at Wahconah Park. For admission to the game, they just present their print at home ticket for scanning. The process is quick and easy."
Other technologies require online tickets to be picked up at the box office or at a kiosk-an often frustrating and time consuming extra step. By clicking on the www.etix.com icon on the Berkshire Black Bears' web site, fans can purchase and print tickets from their personal computer thus avoiding lines at Wahconah Park. Once the ticket has been printed, fans can use it for admission by going through the main gate.
The Berkshire Black Bears begin their second season at Wahconah Park on June 2 against the Quebec Les Capitales. Individual game tickets are on sale by going to www.berkshireblackbears.com or by calling (413) 448-2255.
