Chicago Wolves News Release
The Vancouver Canucks have reassigned right wing BYRON BITZ to the Chicago Wolves.
BITZ skated in one Stanley Cup playoff contest with the Canucks during the postseason, recording 15 penalty minutes.
The 27-year-old forward registered four points (G, 3A) and 14 penalty minutes in 10 National Hockey League games with Vancouver this year. The Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, native also tallied nine points (2G, 7A) and 11 penalty minutes in 24 games with the Wolves this year in his first action since March 2010 after he missed the 2010-11 campaign due to injuries.
