
Bisons to be Honored by Erie County Legislature

The Buffalo Bisons will be honored for their accomplishments during the 2004 season by the Erie County Legislature on Thursday, October 21, 2004. The presentation will be at the start of their 2:00 p.m. meeting that day.
Bisons owners Robert and Mindy Rich Jr. will be on hand as well as the President of Rich Baseball Operations Jonathan A. Dandes and Bisons Vice President and General Manager Mike Buczkowski. Buster T. Bison, the team's official mascot, will also be in attendance with the 2004 Governors' Cup.
The Erie County Legislature is located on the fourth floor of the Old County Hall Building on 92 Franklin Street in the City of Buffalo.
This season, the Bisons won the International League Championship by defeating the Richmond Braves in the best of five-game series, 3-1. The clinching victory, a 6-1 decision over the Braves on September 17, 2004, came in front of the Western New York Fans at Dunn Tire Park.
