
Bisons Return Home, May 13-20: Host IronPigs As Part Of 8-Game Homestand

The Buffalo Bisons will begin an eight-game homestand on Tuesday, May 13 against the Pawtucket Red Sox at 6:05 p.m. The homestand will include four games against the PawSox and the first four-game series against the newest team in the International League, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
The IronPigs are the new Triple-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies.
The homestand will include the team's annual Armed Forces Day tribute on Saturday, May 17 as the Bisons players will wear camouflage hats and there will be a post game Pyrotechnics Show. The eight-game stretch will also feature a fridaynightbash!®, sponsored by Seneca Gaming Corporation, May 16 against the Red Sox and a Family Fun Sunday with free Buster T. Bison Movie Poster Giveaway, presented by Alfred State College, on May 18 against the IronPigs.

Pawtucket Red Sox Series (May 13-16)

-The Bisons welcome the Triple-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox into town for the start of a four-game series. The Herd swept the PawSox during their last visit, so the PawSox will be out for revenge.
Wednesday, May 14 @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates 6:00 p.m.)
-Wednesday games in 2008 are sponsored by Upstate New York Transplant Services (UNYTS). Watch the Bisons take on the PawSox in a heated International League North division rivalry.
Thursday, May 15 @ 1:05 p.m. (Gates 12:00 p.m.)
-Senior & Business Persons Day, sponsored by Business First.
-Win some great Bisons prizes by playing Baseball Bingo during the game. Get your bingo card at the gate and follow the game action to win while you watch.
Friday, May 16 @ 7:05 p.m. (Pre-Game Plaza Party, 5:00 p.m.)
-A fridaynightbash!®, presented by Seneca Gaming Corporation, is the best night of the week and a weekend tradition in Western New York.
-Pre-Game Plaza Party begins at 5:00 p.m. with live music from the band, Blues Root (Blues, Rock covers). Also enjoy $3 specials on hot dogs, hamburgers, Italian Sausage and 16 oz. beers.
-Post-Game Fireworks Show, presented by HSBC Bank USA, N.A.
Lehigh Valley IronPigs Series (May 17-20)
Saturday, May 17 @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates 6:00 p.m.)
-Join the Bisons and celebrate Armed Forces Day with military tributes prior to first pitch.
-The Bisons will honor the brave servicemen and women around the world by wearing special Camouflage Hats.
-Post-Game Pyrotechnics Display.
-High School Saturday, presented by Niagara University. High School students can purchase two tickets for only $12 when they present a valid high school ID
Sunday, May 18 @ 1:05 p.m. (Gates 12:00 p.m.)
-A Family Fun Sunday with kids' contests on the field before the game. After the Bisons game, children are welcomed don the field for Kids Run the Bases, presented by Nestle.
-Buster Move Poster Giveaway, presented by Alfred State College -The first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive a "Raiders of the Governors' Cup" Movie Poster, a Buster parody of the classic Indiana Jones film, "Raiders of the Lost Ark."
Monday, May 19 @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates 6:00 p.m.)
-Markdown Monday has the best values in town. Tickets are ONLY $7 for the game and concession stands will feature $1 popcorn and $1 ice cream specials. There will also be a special discounted merchandise table set up in the concourse.
Tuesday, May 20 @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates 6:00 p.m.)
-One last day to catch the Bisons on their eight-game homestand. See the Bisons play against the IronPigs in the final game of their first ever visit to Dunn Tire Park
"All You Can Eat" Pack Begins
In 2008, the Buffalo Bisons introduced an "All You Can Eat" Pack to give their fans a great opportunity to fill up on great baseball and delicious ballpark food. The six-game package costs just $126 dollars (only $21 a game) and comes with two different options for game tickets.
At each game, fans will receive a wristband that allows them to get a meal item (hot dog, hamburger, Italian Sausage) a snack item (potato chips, popcorn, dessert item) and a Coca-Cola soda product anytime they go to a designated concession stand.
Option #1 includes the fridaynightbash!® game on May 16 against the IronPigs. Fans can still purchase this package by calling THE-HERD at (716) 843-4373. Package Option #2 will begin on Friday, May 30. For more information on package options, visit Bisons.com.
